PIC OF PARISH NURSE IN ACTION COMING SOON

The Parish Nurse is an ongoing service at the Arcata United Methodist Church, supported by church members as well as a Beulah Older Adult grant. Parish Nurse Joan Corbett is a registered nurse who works part-time to help meet the health and spiritual needs of our extended church family.

She visits home-bound church members; is available for blood pressure screenings; writes health-related articles in the Sea Breeze, and develops health-related educational forums.
